Brand Head
- 12-15 years’ experience
- Design Experience: Does the candidate have a background in fashion design, apparel development, or creative direction? Look for experience with fashion trends, product creation, sketching, and working with design software (like Adobe Illustrator, CAD, etc.).
- Sourcing Experience: Has the candidate worked in sourcing materials or managing supplier relationships for manufacturing? This could include knowledge of global supply chains, vendor negotiations, quality control, and costing.
- Experience of leading / managing / working with design team
