Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. LinkedIn Research & Talent Mapping

  • Map talent pools for active client mandates
  • Build targeted candidate and prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other sourcing tools
  • Conduct market research to identify relevant companies and hiring trends

2. Candidate & Client Outreach

  • Reach out to potential candidates via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging
  • Connect with HR/TA leaders and decision-makers at target companies
  • Qualify candidates and schedule interviews with senior recruiters

3. Business Development Support

  • Assist in cold calling and outreach to potential clients
  • Support creation and execution of personalized email sequences
  • Follow up on leads to support client acquisition efforts

4. Database & CRM Management

  • Maintain and update candidate and client databases
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and conversions
  • Ensure accuracy and organization of CRM records

5. Coordination Support

  • Coordinate interviews, screening calls, and client interactions
  • Support recruiters in day-to-day hiring operations

Who You Are

  • MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred) – Freshers welcome (0–1 year experience)
  • Confident communicator with strong verbal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and professional outreach
  • Detail-oriented with strong research abilities
  • Familiar with LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a plus)
  • Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn
