Role overview
- Lead factory operations for woven garments with hands-on manufacturing leadership.
- Improve productivity, line efficiency and production-planning discipline.
- Reduce operating costs and strengthen quality and delivery performance.
- Own P&L performance and drive revenue, profitability and resource utilisation.
- Build accountable teams and coordinate closely with marketing and pre-production.
