• 18+ years in senior HR roles within infrastructure, data centres, telecom, energy, industrial services or another asset-intensive sector.
• Strong operational HR, employee relations, compliance and multi-location leadership experience.
• Ability to partner credibly with business, engineering and operating leaders.
