HiredNext is managing a confidential search for a Corporate Finance Lead based in Mumbai. The role will drive financial planning, performance tracking and strategic insights, translating numbers into clear business decisions while strengthening financial discipline.

What you will own

• Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and performance tracking across functions and business units.
• Own monthly MIS and financial reporting; investigate variances, risks and opportunities and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Build financial models and analyse data to improve unit economics, margins, cost structures and growth planning.
• Prepare investor updates, board presentations and founder-level reviews with clear financial storytelling.
• Manage end-to-end external audits and strengthen processes and controls in response to audit findings.

Candidate profile

• Chartered Accountant with 3–6 years of Corporate Finance or FP&A experience.
• Mandatory industry background: Retail / Quick Commerce / FMCG / Hospitality.
• Hands-on SAP experience.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, analytical and stakeholder-management capability.
• Experience working with founders, investors or senior leadership; high-growth or startup exposure is advantageous.
• Proven team-handling experience and the ownership to move beyond reporting and drive business impact.

Location and compensation

Mumbai | ₹30–35 LPA, depending on experience and fit.
