Full-Stack Developer (5+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a seasoned Full-Stack Developer who understands how real products are built, shipped, and maintained. This role requires someone who can work across the stack with confidence, write clean and maintainable code, and take ownership of features end-to-end. If you still need hand-holding, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
• Build robust backend services and APIs
• Develop clean, responsive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams
• Write efficient, reusable, and testable code
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
• Take ownership of modules from requirement to deployment
• Mentor junior developers when required

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

• Strong experience with React.js (hooks, state management, performance optimization)
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with UI libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, Bootstrap, etc.)
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Backend

• Strong experience with Node.js (Express / NestJS)
• Experience with PHP frameworks (CodeIgniter / Laravel preferred)
• RESTful API design and implementation
• Authentication, authorization, and role-based access control

Database

• Hands-on experience with MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB is a plus)
• Database design, indexing, and query optimization

DevOps & Tools

• Git (proper branching and commit discipline)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Docker is a plus
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Experience deploying and maintaining production applications

Required Experience & Expectations

• Minimum 5 years of real-world development experience
• Experience working on live production systems
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility
• Strong problem-solving mindset—no copy-paste developers
• Clear communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of WebSockets / real-time communication
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
• Experience mentoring or leading small teams
• Prior startup or product-based company experience
