Role Overview
Purpose of the Role
Drive university relations, early talent strategy, and employer branding initiatives to build strong talent pipelines, academic partnerships, and a compelling employer brand for future workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
University Relations & Early Talent Strategy
- Define and execute university relations and early talent strategy aligned with business priorities
- Build and manage strategic academic partnerships for hiring, innovation, and capability building
- Lead end-to-end campus hiring and early career programs (internships, apprenticeships, trainee onboarding, and performance management)
- Represent the organization in academia–industry collaborations and forums
Employer Branding
- Define and drive employer branding and EVP strategy to position the organization as an employer of choice
- Collaborate with HR, business, and communications teams to translate culture and employee experience into a compelling brand narrative
- Manage employer branding across digital platforms (social media, careers site, campaigns, leadership & employee storytelling)
- Track and enhance brand perception, engagement, and hiring conversion through data-driven initiatives
Key Skills
- Knowledge of HR recruitment systems (e.g., Oracle or similar platforms)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with creative storytelling ability
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in campus hiring, talent acquisition, or employer branding
- Proven track record in executing campus engagement programs and EVP-driven branding strategies
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and exposure to digital/social branding platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, career sites, etc.)
