Manager – Civil (Renewable Energy)
HiredNext Recruitment is managing a confidential search for a Manager – Civil in renewable-energy engineering and design.
Location: Gurugram.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in solar, wind or BESS project engineering and design.
Compensation: Up to ₹25 LPA total CTC, including 8.33% variable.
Key responsibilities
- Pre-bid civil engineering, feasibility studies and preliminary designs.
- Prepare BOQs, civil drawings and technical specifications.
- Perform and review structural/civil design calculations and design packages.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors and vendors during construction and commissioning.
- Support site visits, issue resolution and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Preferred profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of Indian standards and civil engineering practices.
- Proficiency in tools such as STAAD and AutoCAD; familiarity with related design software.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and written/verbal communication.
