Senior Compliance Auditor
Confidential Senior Compliance Auditor vacancy in the garment and textile supply chain.
Location: Tirupur. Experience: 8–10 years. Compensation: ₹9–11 LPA fixed.
Role
- Conduct social and ethical compliance audits, factory visits and corrective-action follow-ups.
- Support supplier onboarding, due diligence, third-party/customer audits and factory development.
- Monitor compliance risks, SEDEX data and closure of corrective action plans.
- Deliver training and presentations to factory stakeholders and prepare analytical reports.
Preferred candidate
MBA or equivalent qualification, with 7–10 years of ethical and technical compliance experience, including stringent customer audit requirements. Strong presentation, training, communication and data-analysis skills.
