- Execution of service requests (e.g., creation of new users, workflows, projects, etc.)
- Monitoring of Jira and Confluence instances
- Backup & restore of application data
- Act as a knowledge broker for the service desk
- Perform technical quality assurance prior to implementation
- 2nd level support for application related faults and problems (operation and data flows)
- Ensure stability and security of production environment and services
- Migration the Jira & Confluence from DC in the cloud
