Role Overview

Reporting: Head of Design & Product Development

Qualification: Graduated & post graduated on textile background

Job Description:

* Develop creative designs for Knit (Cut & Sew) & Woven garments

• Create concepts and tech packs using Adobe Illustrator, CAD, and AI tools

• Develop seasonal collections and buyer-specific ranges

• Analyze fabrics, trims, knitting parameters, washes, and embellishments

• Source raw materials aligned with target price architecture

• Prepare presentations, sampling requests, and weekly T&A updates

• Coordinate daily with factories and suppliers for smooth execution

• Monitor sampling, development, and production stages

• Ensure timely sample delivery with required quality standards

• Maintain technical files and hand over confirmed styles to Merchandising

• Preserve sample records for bulk production reference
