Head of Operations | Export Manufacturing and Garments

This role requires deep garment manufacturing leadership, operational discipline and the ability to run large scale factory operations across production, quality, cost, people and execution.
Leadership focus
- End to end factory operations leadership across garment manufacturing units.
- Production planning, capacity optimization and on time order execution.
- Quality, compliance and process excellence across large scale operations.
- Team leadership across production, merchandising, sourcing and support functions.
- Cost control, efficiency improvement and strong stakeholder coordination.
Experience
18+ years of relevant experience in export garment manufacturing and senior operations leadership.
