High-Speed SerDes / UCIe Analog Design Engineer
Expression of interest for upcoming mandates. HiredNext is building a niche pool of silicon-proven analog designers for high-speed interfaces used in AI, data center and chiplet platforms. This is not presented as a confirmed vacancy with an identified employer.
Profile we want to identify
- 8–12 years of analog or mixed-signal IC design experience.
- Strong SerDes, UCIe, PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, USB or other high-speed I/O expertise.
- Hands-on design of TX/RX front ends, equalizers, PLLs, DLLs, CDR, biasing, regulators or related PHY blocks.
- Advanced-node design experience with post-layout verification, silicon bring-up and simulation-to-silicon debug.
Location focus
Bengaluru, with relevance to other semiconductor design hubs in India.
