• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure environments (cloud, compute, collaboration, workplace services, or networks).
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and program governance capability.
• High level of discretion, stakeholder maturity, and ability to operate in a global matrix environment.
• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the leader to drive strategic priorities across global IT infrastructure domains including cloud, workplace, data center, networks, and collaboration.
• Prepare executive briefings, decision papers, and structured insights to support leadership forums, steering committees, and global reviews.
• Establish governance cadence across programs by tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies across regions and teams.
• Act as a central point of coordination between infrastructure leadership, enterprise IT stakeholders, and business functions.
• Translate complex technical initiatives into clear business narratives for senior leadership communication.
• Support organizational planning, leadership offsites, and transformation initiatives within Global IT Infrastructure.
• Enable operational excellence by managing leadership dashboards, metrics tracking, and follow-through on strategic actions.
• Facilitate preparation for executive engagements, global townhalls, and leadership communications.
• Bring structured thinking to problem solving, anticipating leadership needs and proactively driving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology; MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience across IT strategy, program management, consulting, or senior leadership support roles.
• Prior exposure to infrastructure or enterprise technology environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and senior leadership teams will be an advantage
