Corporate FP&A Lead
Role Overview
About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Corporate Finance Lead to drive financial planning, performance tracking, and strategic insights across the business. This role will play a key role to translate numbers into actionable decisions, ensure financial discipline, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting across functions and business units
- Track performance vs. plan and highlight key variances
- Build robust financial models to support decision-making and growth planning
2. Reporting & Business Insights
- Own and publish monthly financial reports including MIS.
- Deep dive into business performance and generate actionable insights
- Identify risks/opportunities and recommend corrective actions
- Drive closure by tracking implementation of corrective measures with stakeholders
3. Data Analysis & Decision Support
- Analyze datasets to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and growth levers
- Partner with business teams to improve unit economics, margins, and cost structures
- Bring a strong data-driven approach to everyday decision-making
4. Investor & Leadership Communication
● Support investor relations including preparation of investor updates
● Build investor decks, board presentations, and founder-level reviews
● Ensure clarity, accuracy, and strong storytelling through numbers
5. Audit & Compliance
● Manage end-to-end external audits, working closely with auditors and internal stakeholders
● Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely closure of audit requirements
● Strengthen processes and controls in line with audit findings Candidate Profile
● Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
● Experience: 3–6 years in Corporate Finance / FP&A roles
● Industry Preference (Must Have): Retail / Quick Commerce / FMCG / Hospitality
● Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus
● SAP- Hands on experience
