Welfare Officer (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure statutory welfare compliance under the Factories Act.
- Manage employee welfare facilities, including hostel, canteen, transport, medical, and worker engagement programmes.
- Handle employee grievances, Absenteeism, Attrition and coordinate welfare committees.
- Support and coordinate social compliance audits (SEDEX, SA-8000, Disney, WRAP, Primark).
- Maintain welfare records and liaise with statutory authorities.
Preferred Profile:
- Degree with the prescribed qualification for Welfare Officer under the applicable Factory Rules(MSW or MBA).
- 5–8 years of experience in an export garment manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of labour laws, employee welfare, and social compliance.
