Profile we want to identify
- 8–12 years in workforce planning, talent intelligence, people analytics, talent strategy or a closely related field.
- Ability to translate business plans into workforce demand, location strategy and talent roadmaps.
- Strong labour market research, supply demand analysis, skills intelligence and competitor mapping capability.
- Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition, business leaders and global stakeholders in a GCC or large enterprise environment.
- Clear analytical storytelling and commercial understanding, not only dashboard reporting.
Location focus
Bengaluru, with relevance across Hyderabad, Chennai and other major GCC hubs.
