Junior Designer – Kidswear Knits
HiredNext Recruitment is managing a confidential search for a Junior Designer – Kidswear Knits for a high-volume Kolkata-based apparel organisation working across infants, kids and teens.
Role mandate
- Support the design team in creating fresh, age-appropriate kidswear concepts.
- Assist with prints, graphics, colour stories, seasonal range development and trend research.
- Prepare design sheets / tech packs and support sampling.
- Coordinate with merchandising and product-development teams to bring designs into execution.
Ideal profile
- 1–3 years of fashion design experience.
- Strong interest in kidswear and knitwear.
- Good eye for colour, graphics, prints and product detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating commercial fashion thinking is preferred.
