Senior Merchandiser – Kidswear Knits
HiredNext Recruitment is managing a confidential search for a Senior Merchandiser – Kidswear Knits for a high-volume Kolkata-based apparel organisation supplying leading domestic kidswear retailers across infants, kids and teens.
Role mandate
- Manage style development, sampling and bulk-order execution.
- Coordinate across design, sourcing, production, quality and logistics.
- Own costing follow-up, T&A / critical path and delivery coordination.
- Maintain clear buyer communication and strong internal follow-through.
Ideal profile
- 5–8 years of apparel merchandising experience.
- Strong knitwear background preferred.
- Kidswear, infant or teen category exposure preferred.
- Experience with high-volume domestic retail accounts is an advantage.
