Transition Manager – GCC Setup
Expression of interest for upcoming GCC mandates. HiredNext is building a senior transition talent pool for companies establishing or scaling Global Capability Centres in India. This is not presented as a confirmed vacancy with an identified employer.
Profile we want to identify
- 8–12 years across transitions, shared services, GCC builds or operating model change.
- Hands on experience migrating work into India delivery centres.
- Strong process transfer, SOP readiness, governance, SLA, risk and stabilisation management.
- Confidence working with cross border stakeholders and multiple functional workstreams.
- Structured execution discipline from transition planning through steady state handover.
Location focus
Hyderabad, with relevance across Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune and other growing GCC hubs.
