Sr. Liferay Developer: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Liferay Developer to join a  prestigious project for a confidential government client, based in Patna, Bihar. The ideal  candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Liferay DXP and Java-based  enterprise application development, with a strong educational background in M.Sc (IT),  MCA, B.Tech, or BE from a reputed institute.   This role demands extensive hands-on experience in Liferay DXP, including:  Advanced portlet development (MVC, MVCPortlet, JSF, Vaadin)  OSGi modular development  Custom modules and EXT plugins  Liferay Service Builder (custom entities & services)  Themes, layout templates, and fragments  Liferay headless APIs & REST integration  Workflow and Kaleo configuration  Document and content management  Performance optimization & caching  Role and permission management  SSO and LDAP integration  Liferay upgrade and migration projects  The candidate should also be proficient in Java 1.8/11, Spring Framework, JSP/Servlets,  and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, along with frameworks such as  React or Angular. Responsibilities: QMS refinement, management, training and implementation of processes atorganization level. Defining and implementing Metrics framework. Monthly health assessment of all projects and presenting it with Senior Managementfor actions for improvements. Facilitate to the project manager to align the projects to the QMS Facilitate to PM on kick off PPT/Phase End Review/CAR Metrics data collection, collation, validation, statistical analysis and monthlyengineering dashboard. Monthly Quality dashboard meeting with engineering group heads. Undertaking various improvement projects to streamline processes within Functionsby using Lean Sigma/Six Sigma/Kaizen methodology. To conduct MRM (management review meeting) and tracking till closure. Monthly review the project and release the Project health indicators (PHI). Planning and conducting yearly Internal Audits. Liaising with Certification bodies forISO certifications. Complete ownership of internal audit, ISO recertification and surveillance audit. Contribution to Internal Quality Trainings Organization-wide. Conducting gap analysis for practices followed and requirements wrt ISO 9001/ISO27001 standards Final Inspection Audit and Configuration audit. Process definition and alignment with Model and business requirement as SEPGLead.   QMS up gradation as per the requirement of CMMI current version and QMS release. PPM/QPMS implementation in projects. CMMI L5 deployment coordinator, FAR for PPQA process area. Implementing and monitoring quality parameters to achieve quality targets at multiplelevels Maintaining process quality risk management to ensure that all the risks areidentified, tracked and controlled while working with delivery heads. Implementing and maintaining a system for advance warning indicators for programswhich might become red and ensure actions being taken and followed through whileworking with delivery heads Implementing and ensuring various audits – delivery audits, process audits andtracking and reporting the compliance on regular basis . Building and implementing a communication plan to highlight the significance of roleof quality in business growth and profitability through various metrics . Implement QA processes at various stages of the SDLC to ensure that qualitystandards are met from planning through deployment. Proactively identify project risks related to quality, timelines, and scope . Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency andeffectiveness.   Facilitate communication between development, QA, and project management teamsto ensure alignment on quality goals and risk management strategies. Skilled in consultancy-auditing & process improvement and process re-engineering &modelling in project development environment. Prudent, disciplined & self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication &organizational skills with proven abilities in team management and customerrelationship management. Preferably certified Internal / Lead auditor for ISO 9001. Certification Six Sigma quality control would be an added advantage. Should have use analytical tools like Minitab , Visio , etc.Soft Skills : Excellent Communication Skills Team player Facilitation Skills
